Customer Service

DCPS CFO employees will demonstrate and model the highest fiscal, moral, and ethical behavior. They will also demonstrate through these six customer service goals the high level of performance necessary to make and implement effective policy, management, and program decisions.

1. Provide a high level of customer focus and service orientation while keeping pace with technological change.
2. Develop and provide accurate information necessary for key decision makers.
3. Commit to supporting a quality education for the students of DCPS on a daily basis.
4. Make financial information more useful and usable.
5. Respond to changing government-wide requirements and priorities.
6. Address changing expectations from the Council, school board customers, the Congress, and other stakeholders.
